Exchange or Return Request

To request an exchange or return of a product, please contact our Customer Service Department through the following channels:

Conditions for Exchange and Return

🔹 Product Condition: The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unused, with all seals and labels intact, in the original packaging, accompanied by accessories, manuals and certificates (if any).

🔹 Identification: The packaging must contain the return protocol (label sent by email after the request) and the sender's information to facilitate identification.

🔹 Required Information: When requesting an exchange or return, please provide the order number, purchase date, buyer's name , and details about the reason for the request.

Shipping Costs

🚚 Who pays for shipping?

If the reason is a product defect or shipping error (product different from what was ordered), Atlantic covers all shipping costs.

If the return is due to buyer's remorse or dissatisfaction , the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Specific Situations

Product with Damage or Tampered Packaging
If you notice that the packaging is damaged or the product has been damaged in transit, refuse delivery . If you cannot refuse delivery, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.

Right of Withdrawal

📅 Deadline: You can request a return due to buyer's remorse within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

📩 How to request: Send an email to contato@lojaatlantic.com.br with your full name, order number, and reason for return .

💰 Refund: After the product arrives at our distribution center and passes the quality analysis, the refund will be processed within 30 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Refund of Amounts

💳 Credit Card: The refund will be requested from the card issuer within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund processing time depends on the card issuer.

🏦 Pix: The amount will be refunded to the same account/key used for the purchase, within 7 business days . Please ensure you provide the correct information.

Product Warranty

🛠️ Coverage: We offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase.

⚠️ Defects or Flaws: If the product presents a defect within 30 days of receipt , please contact us via email at contato@lojaatlantic.com.br , providing your full name, order number, and details about the defect (with photos or videos). After analysis by Quality Control , if the problem is confirmed, the refund or exchange will be processed according to our policy.

Important Information

✔️ Failure to comply with the conditions described in this policy may result in the refusal of the return or exchange .
✔️ Products showing signs of use or modifications and that are not suitable for resale will not be accepted for return or exchange.
